Dear Members
The Club League officially starts on
16th April, please see attached team lists for Intermediate B and
Intermediate A. Team lists for Seniors will be issued shortly. I
will be allocating club jersey numbers this week prior to having the
jerseys made for members who are new or have changed teams. If any
members need new jerseys made because of size or wear and tear,
please advise me URGENTLY so I can have these jerseys made at the
same time as the new ones. New members, we will make a plan for
jerseys for you till your new ones arrive. In the meantime I will
have club socks on sale on Sunday morning – R100 per pair, COD.
Attached also is our April ice
schedule. In order to gain extra ice time for SA Championships
during the year, we have had to exchange ice time with the figure
skaters, so please consult your monthly schedules carefully. We will
be hosting the U18 (26-29 July) AND Seniors (9-12 Aug) SA
Championships in Cape Town this year! We are also hoping to host
visiting teams from other provinces during the course of the year.
Warning: Please do not leave valuables
in the change rooms unless you have placed them in a locked locker
(you must bring your own lock and key). We cannot be held
accountable for valuables being stolen out of hockey bags.

SA Championships photo’s showing our WP tops – please
contact me or email them to me or Arthur so we can get them onto our
website, and make it our own.
We are desperately in need of adult
size right handed sticks that can be donated to the club for
development use. Please bring donations to a committee member on
Sunday, thanks.
